The aim of the organisers of the course is to get maximum participation from delegates all over the world. To ensure this a differential registration fee has been kept. This is based on the International Monetary Fund (IMF) ranking of countries. It is hoped that this tariff structure better reflects the ability of individuals to pay, to attend the meeting and will ensure wider participation from less advantaged countries. For purposes of registration the present country of working would be considered and not the native country of the delegate.
