- The speakers are requested to give their presentations to the audio visual preview room half a day in advance. The facility will be available from the evening of 9th September 2008.
- Chairpersons for the sessions and the co-ordinators for the live surgery demonstrations will be decided once the surgeries and the surgeons are decided after the preview on 9th September.
