  • The programme is tightly packed to get the best out of the time available. Please help us by your presence on time at the start of the day.

  • The speakers are requested to give their presentations to the audio visual preview room half a day in advance. The facility will be available from the evening of 9th September 2008.

  • Chairpersons for the sessions and the co-ordinators for the live surgery demonstrations will be decided once the surgeries and the surgeons are decided after the preview on 9th September.

  • Presentations directly from the laptops of delegates are not encouraged.
